1. What age groups do your yoga classes cater to?

I offer yoga classes for children aged  3 years +.

2. Where are your yoga classes held?

My yoga classes are held in Iver Heath in a small studio and at some school after-school clubs. 

3. How do I enrol myself/ my child in a yoga class?

To enrol yourself/ your child, you can visit my website and book online. You can contact me for assistance.

4. What should I/ my child wear to a yoga class?

You should wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows for ease of movement. Yoga is typically done barefoot, so there's no need for special footwear.

5. Do I need to bring yoga mats and props?

We provide yoga mats and any necessary props for our classes. However, if you/ your child has a favourite mat and would like to bring it along, you are welcome to do so.

6. Are your instructors certified to teach yoga to children?

Yes, all our instructors are certified and experienced in teaching yoga to children. They have undergone specialised training to work with young yogis.

7. What style of yoga do you teach to children?

We primarily focus on teaching Hatha and Vinyasa yoga modified for children. Our classes emphasise fun, games, singing, dancing, team work, breathing exercises, journaling and mindful crafts, relaxation, and building physical and mental strength.

8. Can parents watch their child's yoga class?

We encourage parents to allow their children to practice independently to foster self-confidence and concentration.

9. Do you offer trial classes for new students?

Yes, we offer trial classes for new students. It's a great way for your child to experience our classes before committing to a full term. Book on our website or contact us for assistance.

We strive to make yoga accessible to all children. Please contact us in advance to discuss any specific needs, and we'll do our best to accommodate them.

13. What is your cancellation policy?

We require notice at least 24 hours before a class for a makeup session or refund.
